Ecclesiastes 3:18 (and also a catchy song) says: “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose, under heaven.” You aren’t SUPPOSED to be surrounded by happy, joyful circumstances every moment of your life. Surprise! But how you react to those variable circumstances is completely within your control. Juicy Joy is the ability to be at peace with the full spectrum of your emotions.
